Policies


Brock is delighted to create a personalized menu for your special events, offering options for lunches, dinners, presentations, large gatherings, and VIP occasions. Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and nut-free choices are available upon request. To help us provide efficient service, please follow these guidelines:

  • Please provide with at least 72 hours' notice.
  • Orders placed within 24 hours are subject to product availability.
  • 24 hours’ notice required for cancellation. 
  • Sales tax will be added to all applicable orders.
  • Linens, china service, flowers, rental equipment, and/or wait staff can be arranged.
  • Additional rentals, decor, and linens may incur other costs.
Staff Services Include:
  • China Service Staff (set up/serve/clean up): 5-hour minimum, $35.00/hr.=$175.00 ea., China Buffet or Dinner Service:, 1 server per 15 guests, 5-hour minimum, $175.00 ea.
  • Bar Staff (set up/serve/clean up:) 5-hour minimum, $35.00/hr.= $175.00 ea., 1 server per 100 guests, 5-hour minimum  
  • Service Staff (set up/serve/clean up): 5-hour minimum, $35.00/hr.= $175.00 ea., 1 server per 30 guests, 5-hour minimum
